Very long refunds. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

A correct service, however the refunds are still delayed even after several exchanges with the insurer. The processing of refunds should be taken into account more quickly.

Correct services but regular delays in processing refunds GREEN CAP

Overall, the proposed service is interesting from a tariff point of view but after 1 year of use, I notice regular slowness in the processing of the reimbursement requests.

Very very slow refunds SINGAPORE

I have the CFE+Humanis package and while the CFE reimburses very quickly, Humanis is infinitely slow. 4 months on average to get a reimbursement. For large sums of money, it's complicated. Moreover, the interface for tracking reimbursements is not at all clear, so it's very complicated to track.

Very good plan, mediocre service ROMANIA

I am satisfied with my plan with Foyer Group, it covers my needs well. It is difficult to get an answer by phone with an unpleasant person, who sends me back to the email. 7-10 days to get a response, no resolution/answer to my questions.Every time I needed help from the insurer for a claim, I always had to go through International Health, who always helped me.

Practical but long United-Kingdom

The reimbursements are up to my expectations and so far I haven't had any problems with reimbursements other than the delays. The insurer is supposed to reimburse within 1 month maximum and each time it reimburses in 2 months, which is a bit long when you advance large sums.
