Overall, they do the job. Reimbursements can be very fast or very long, I don't feel like there are any rules. My problem: I contacted them again regarding 2 unpaid refunds, they admitted to me that they had lost track of these 2 requests. Since I had a copy of the documents, the problem was solved immediately, but it still doesn't look very serious. The claim system has changed as of January 1, 2021, I have not yet tested this version.

Thank you for your message. Other policyholders had also been able to report identical issues with this insurer in 2019 and 2020. We had discussed this with their management who had sought solutions with the reimbursement manager. They conducted work that resulted in completely new management rules since January 1, 2021.
