Good insurance 2 years ago but the efficiency has decreased

The covers given by the insurer are respected. An application exists to make the claims. This makes the process easier. However, the application could be improved in terms of speed, tracking of ongoing claims and reliability. 2 years ago claims were processed in a few days. Now it can take a few weeks and I even have to restart my applications by myself in order to make sure of the refund.

As an expatriate in Panama, I have been insured with Henner + CFE for 1 year. The process for reimbursements is simple, I am globally satisfied. Special mention for the International Health and Crystal Mobility teams who remain available even 1 year after the subscription, always reactive. Sébastien

This mutual insurance company works very well, between online health claims and reimbursements via the CFE. The reimbursement time is about 3 weeks, without any delay. However, there was a delay of 12 working days in responding to a dental claim, whereas the contractual commitment is a maximum of 5 working days. When I followed up, the Humanis agent replied in bad faith that the 5 days did not constitute a formal commitment. So I had to wait 15 days with my broken tooth... and Humanis lost a star in my rating.

Extremely satisfied with the relationship with International Santé, which was able to identify, propose and manage our needs in terms of expatriate insurance. International Santé (Jihane IDOUAHMANE) has been listening to my needs from the beginning and has advised me very well. Franco-Swiss, I started in Morocco with Assur Travel (GAN at the 1st Euro then CFE+GAN with the Comfort formula, all managed by GAPIgestion). I am currently in Portugal with the same formula and the transfer was done without any problem. GAPIgestion is also very reactive and has always answered my questions and the reimbursements are done in less than 1 week. After 2 years I am fully satisfied with the services of CFE+GAN and the follow-up of the International Santé team (Jihane and Melanie).

The website did not work to make the request for reimbursement, so it was done by e-mail, in French. I got vague answers, maximum 1 time per day, sometimes 1 per week. Never anything clear, and above all no delay or confirmation of the next step. The sending of receipts to Hong Kong is very appreciable, from China it's much cheaper than a dhl/ups to France.finally, all's well that ends well, but the experience was quite painful.for precision, I only have a hospitalization insurance and I only had to use it once.
