Overall I am satisfied with my insurance. However, I find the premiums expensive. I think that the reimbursement period is reasonable, although I think that we can do better.

The reimbursement system is done by email and scans up to 500 euros, which is very efficient and practical. The reimbursement is made after about 8 days, at a rate that is advantageous for the insured, which I appreciate. In case of surgery, a prior request is necessary. In my case, it was granted within 24 hours, and the hospital had no problems with reimbursement.
